Qualified Pilot Pre-Interview Assessment Training

We offer pre-interview simulator assessment training on Boeing 737 to qualified pilots and cadets.

Training is undertaken by well qualified Captains who have many years command and training experience.

Airlines often call candidates in for simulator assessment and interview at short notice - we try to remain very flexible and can normally accommodate bookings to suit your timetable. Pilots with as few hours as 240 to over 10,000 have visited Real Simulation to ensure their are prepared for the interview and assessment with a prospective employer. All receive the same level of professional instruction.

Assessment sessions start with a 60 minute briefing to cover not only the simulator profile but also the airmanship points of what is involved. You will normally be paired with another pilot undertaking the same assessment training and with guidance from your instructor will share PF and PM (PNF) roles throughout the detail.

You will be given an honest, professional appraisal of your current operating standard. Suggestions to change or improve are given throughout the session and are re-inforced during the debrief.
