What age limits do you have for people taking sessions in your flight simulators?
The minimum age for flying one of our simulators is 12. We do not have a maximum age limit.

Can you post gift vouchers to any address?
We will post gift vouchers to any UK address after payment has been received.

What facilities are there when waiting for my partner to take thier session?
We have a comfortable lounge with a wide selection of current magazines and complimentary fresh tea and coffee.

If I purchase a Duo session do I recieve two gift vouchers?
Yes - Each participant will have a gift voucher in their own name.

Do your simulators have motion?
Yes, all simulators have hydraulic powered motion systems.

Can you recommend local hotels as we wish to stay overnight?
We would be happy to recommend many local B&B's and hotels - please ask at time of booking.

Can my partner select to fly a different simulator than that purchased?
You are welcome to change to a different simulator at the time of booking. If there is a difference in price this will need to be paid.

Are there any medical conditions that I should inform you about?
We will accept any medical condition if declared at the time of purchase. Expectant mothers are advised not to fly in the simulators.

My partner wishes to upgrade to a longer session - Is that possible?
Yes, we charge for the difference between the session purchased and that required.

Do I have to book online?
You are welcome to make a booking online, by telephone, email or post. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cheques, postal orders or bankers draft. We do not charge extra for credit or debit card transactions.

How long are gift vouchers valid for?
Gift vouchers are valid for 9 months from the date of purchase.

Can I purchase your gift vouchers from another website?
Real Simulation own and operate flight simulators. Our flight simulator sessions & experience gift vouchers are not available through any other third party website or reseller. This ensures you get the best price possible for that special present. From the time you purchase your gift voucher, right through until the session is taken you will be dealing only with Real Simulation.

How long do gift vouchers take to arrive?
All orders are despatched by Royal Mail First Class post. Orders placed before 4.30pm are posted out the same day, after this time your voucher will be posted the next working day.

Something just happened - can I cancel my booking?
Yes, but please give at least 7 days notice. Cancellations within 7 days will incur a charge of £35.25 inc VAT.

Does the Gift Voucher have any indication of value on it?
No - The voucher does not have any value printed - just details of the session purchased.

What insurance cover do you provide?
We are insured through Norwich Union for £5,000,000 public liability insurance.
